Finance Accounting Tax Manager

Our client is a growing healthcare and wellness company currently expanding its operations in Indonesia across OTC products and clinic business lines.

As a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end finance operations, improving reporting accuracy, strengthening accounting controls, and ensuring tax compliance across the business.

Job Descriptions:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes
• Prepare and review management reports and financial statements
• Ensure reporting accuracy, reconciliation discipline, and proper accounting treatment
• Monitor accounting operations including AP/AR, treasury, and general ledger activities
• Manage tax compliance including VAT, WHT, and corporate tax matters
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
• Improve finance SOP, reporting structure, and internal control processes
• Support ERP implementation and finance system improvement initiatives
• Partner closely with operational and commercial teams on budgeting, pricing, and business decisions
• Support management with financial analysis and operational reporting

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax
• Strong accounting and financial reporting background
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance
• Experience handling month-end closing and reporting independently
• Experience in healthcare, FMCG, distribution, retail, or fast-growing business environment is preferred
• Comfortable working in fast-paced or startup-like environments with evolving processes
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and operationally strong
• Experience improving reporting quality, controls, and finance processes
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Experience with ERP or finance system implementation is an advantage
