WeRaise: Bridging the Gap Between Education and Industry

The WeRaise Program, developed by WeNetwork is a structured pre-career development initiative designed to ignite potential and empower the future generation by bridging the collaboration between education and industry. WeNetwork aims to address the existing gap between academic education and industry demands, recognising that while schools provide essential knowledge, fresh graduates often lack the crucial real-world soft skills necessary for professional success. WeRaise addresses this directly — giving students in Grades 10–12 early exposure to workplace expectations, real companies, and the soft skills that actually matter when they start their careers.

Program Objectives and Structure

The WeRaise Program focuses on providing students in Grades 10-12 with early insight and exposure to workplace expectations, values, and essential soft skills. Through a blend of training, immersive company visits, and career exploration, the program helps students build confidence and clarity for their future paths.
