Candidate Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Candidate Referral Scheme (the “Scheme”) operated by WeNetwork (“WeNetwork”). By referring a candidate to us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Referrer Eligibility: The Scheme is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.  Employees of WeNetwork and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate as referrers. The referrer must be legally permitted to accept the referral bonus in their jurisdiction.

1.2. Referred Candidate Eligibility: The referred candidate must be a new candidate to WeNetwork’s database, meaning they have not been previously registered with or actively engaged by WeNetwork before. The referred candidate must consent to their details being shared with WeNetwork for the purpose of the referral. The referred candidate must be suitable for a role that WeNetwork is actively recruiting for. 

2. Referral Process

2.1. Submission: Referrals must be submitted through WeNetwork’s official referral channel or by providing the candidate’s details directly to an authorised consultant of WeNetwork.

2.2. Required Information: The referral submission must include: Referrer’s Full Name, Referrer’s Contact Information (Email and Phone Number), Referred Candidate’s Full Name and Contact Information: (Email and Phone Number), Referred Candidate’s Consent (a clear indication that the referred candidate has consented to their details being shared with WeNetwork). 

3. Referral Bonus Conditions

3.1. Placement Requirement: A referral bonus will only be paid if the referred candidate is successfully placed by WeNetwork into a permanent or contract position with one of our clients and once the recruitment fee has been fully received by WeNetwork. 

3.2. Commencement of Employment: The referred candidate must commence employment in the placed role.

3.3. Completion of Probation/Guarantee Period: The referred candidate must successfully complete their probationary period (for permanent placements). The exact duration will be confirmed at the time of the referral’s eligibility for bonus payment.

3.4. Bonus Amount: The referral bonus amount will be IDR 5 million Rupiah per Candidate successfully referred and placed. This amount is subjected to change at WeNetwork’s discretion without prior notice. 

3.5. Payment Method: The referral bonus will be paid via bank transfer. The referrer must provide accurate bank details or a valid mailing address for payment.

3.6. Payment Timeline: Payment will be processed within 14 days after the conditions in 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3 have been met.

3.7. Taxation: The referrer is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other charges that may arise from receiving the referral bonus. WeNetwork will not be responsible for any tax implications.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

4.1. Duplicate Referrals: If the same candidate is referred by multiple referrers, the bonus will be awarded to the referrer whose submission was received first by WeNetwork, as determined by our internal records.

4.2. Active Candidates: No bonus will be paid for candidates who are already actively engaged with WeNetwork or have been submitted to a client by WeNetwork prior to the referral.

4.3. Self-Referrals: Individuals cannot refer themselves.

4.4. Client Referrals: Referrals of candidates already known to or actively being recruited by the client directly will not be eligible.

4.5. Withdrawal of Offer/Resignation: If the referred candidate’s offer of employment is withdrawn, or if the candidate resigns before completing the required probationary/guarantee period, no referral bonus will be paid.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

5.1. By participating in the Scheme, referrers and referred candidates acknowledge and agree that their personal data will be collected, processed, and stored by WeNetwork in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

5.2. Referrers confirm that they have obtained the express consent of the referred candidate to share their personal information with WeNetwork for recruitment purposes.

6. General Provisions

6.1. Right to Amend/Terminate: WeNetwork reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the Scheme and these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or direct communication to participants.

6.2. Discretion: All decisions regarding eligibility, referral validity, and bonus payment are at the sole discretion of WeNetwork and are final.

6.3. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with respective laws of each operating country of WeNetwork. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indonesia. 

6.4. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
