AVP Strategy and Projects (CEO Office) – Fintech

About the Company:
Our client is one of Indonesia’s leading digital investment and financial platforms, focused on democratizing access to investing through technology, innovation, and ecosystem-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-priority strategic projects across growth, monetization, product expansion, ecosystem development, and operational excellence within the CEO Office.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution, ensuring strong alignment across product, business, partnerships, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Act as a strategic bridge between Product, Commercial, Partnerships, and Operations to align business priorities with execution and product roadmap initiatives.
  • Support strategic planning, market expansion, venture building, and evaluation of new business opportunities across the company.
  • Drive 0-to-1 initiatives, including market validation, business case development, go-to-market planning, and execution of new products or ecosystem opportunities.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, ecosystem players, and technology partners to support business growth and monetization opportunities.
  • Monitor performance of strategic initiatives, build leadership dashboards and reviews, and solve cross-functional bottlenecks to maintain execution speed.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support key business and operational decisions.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience across CEO Office, Chief of Staff, Strategy & Business Operations, Product Strategy, Venture Building, Management Consulting, or Business Development & Partnerships roles.
  • Strong preference for founder-type profiles or candidates with proven experience building and scaling 0-to-1 products, businesses, or strategic initiatives.
  • Experience within high-growth startups, fintech, consumer technology, investment platforms, or major technology companies is highly preferred.
  • Strong enthusiasm or background in investing, capital markets, wealth management, or financial ecosystems is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, roadmap planning, strategic execution, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Experience driving strategic partnerships, commercial structuring, or ecosystem collaborations is a strong plus.
  • Highly analytical with strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
  • Possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluent English communication required.
