Chief of Staff (Crypto) – Fintech

About the Company:
Our client is one of Indonesia's leading digital financial platforms, backed by top institutional investors and operating at scale across investment and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall revenue growth and business performance initiatives across the company, with primary focus on scaling the crypto business while supporting broader strategic initiatives across non-crypto verticals when required.
• Own and monitor company-wide performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, operational improvements, and strategic priorities to drive sustainable business expansion.
• Work closely with business, product, and functional leaders across the organization to provide strategic insights, challenge assumptions, and support execution toward key company objectives.
• Drive high-impact strategic projects across growth, monetization, product expansion, operational efficiency, and ecosystem development initiatives.
• Act as a key strategic partner to senior leadership and the COO, supporting company-wide planning, business analysis, and executive decision-making processes.
• Develop strategies to strengthen the company’s crypto business, including revenue generation, product expansion, market positioning, and partnership opportunities.
• Operate as a highly hands-on leader capable of driving execution, solving complex business problems, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide strong ownership across strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between long-term company vision and day-to-day execution priorities.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 12–15+ years of experience across management consulting, strategy, CEO Office, Chief of Staff, Director’s Office, or business leadership roles within high-growth technology, fintech, or financial services companies.
• Strong preference for candidates from top-tier consulting firms
• Strong understanding of financial services and investment products, with exposure to fintech, digital platforms, or emerging financial ecosystems highly preferred.
• Experience handling company-wide strategic initiatives, revenue growth, business transformation, and operational performance management.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to translate strategic thinking into execution.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to challenge ideas, influence senior stakeholders, and drive alignment across multiple business functions.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with high ownership, urgency, and execution focus in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Interest or exposure to crypto, digital assets, or trading ecosystems is a strong plus; active crypto trading experience is advantageous.
• CFA certification or strong financial analysis background is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong verbal English communication required.
• Open to both Indonesia-based and international candidates, with flexibility to work remotely while traveling to Jakarta on a quarterly basis.
