Deputy Finance Director

About The Company:
Our Client is a large Multinational Manufacturing company, currently operating in Indonesia. The company currently owns multiple production operation in several business unit.

As a Deputy CFO, you will undertake all aspects of financial management, executing company's strategy, compliance, internal control and other corporate activities.

Job Descriptions:

• Supporting the Finance Director in managing overall financial operations
• Preparing and reviewing budget, forecast, management reports, and financial statement
• Monitoring cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Supervising accounting, treasury, payroll, AP/AR, and reporting teams
• Coordinating audits and working with external auditors/banks
• Providing financial analysis for strategic business decisions
• Supporting international business units and management reporting
• Improving financial systems, automation, and reporting processes
• Leading or participating in finance transformation projects

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as Deputy FD or Deputy CFO in previous organisation
• Manufacturing background is highly preferable.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, taxation laws and best practices
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, financial statements, and financial reporting
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
