Site Doctor – Mandarin Speaker
One of our multinational medical clients is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Site Doctor.
Job Summary:
The Site Doctor is responsible for delivering primary healthcare services at a designated project site, ensuring the health and safety of all personnel. This role includes emergency response, medical assessments, and coordination with external healthcare providers when necessary.

The Site Doctor is responsible for delivering primary healthcare services at a designated project site, ensuring the health and safety of all personnel. This role includes emergency response, medical assessments, and coordination with external healthcare providers when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment
- Respond to medical emergencies and administer first aid
- Conduct routine health checks and medical screenings
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards
- Coordinate medical evacuations if required
- Promote health awareness and preventive care among staff
- Medical Doctor (MD) with valid license to practice
- 1–2 years of clinical experience (fresh graduates with relevant exposure are welcome)
- Fluent in Mandarin (mandatory), including medical terminology
- HSK certification required (minimum level can be specified, e.g., HSK 4/5)
- For graduates from China: must have completed STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) equivalency/registration in Indonesia
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in remote or site-based environments
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is an advantage
